Yet, in Europe, women are 2,5 times less likely to build and run companies than men. In the tech world, the numbers are even more disheartening. Just above 10% of EU startup founders are women. Our world is largely built by men, for men.

This leads to countless ideas remain untapped, overlooked needs unmet and customers unsatisfied.

We are here to change it.

Our vision is audacious yet achievable: by 2030, we want to see at least 30% of founders of tech businesses to be women.

We want to enable every woman with an idea and an ambition to build a tech business and unlock her full potential.

With more women among founders, a whole new range of products and services will come to the market benefiting customers and the society. We will tap deeper into humanity’s creative and economic potential.
